Understanding the concept of diversity or superdiversity in an educational system sparks a debate as to whether the concept leads to a discussion on the mirror image of utopia or dystopia. We have targeted two countries, Singapore and Finland, in this review. Both of these countries have achieved top scores in the PISA analysis, and both of these countries also have a diverse education system. Our objective is to explore how two diverse educational systems manage their educational integrity. We extend our analysis to the respective integration regime of the immigrants of these two countries.
