Abstrakti
This abstract is discussing the different applications of service design in healthcare. It is retrospective analysis of several past service design projects in healthcare during 2013-2022. It is highlighting both different service design methods used for healthcare development as well as areas of design application. It is using the outcomes of published research work to present and share case studies.
