Our challenge is to promote the contact with nature and expose in a friendly manner people to global warming. Taking people to Silent Hikes will show places that have disappeared or will soon to be gone. According with Japanese practice "Shinrin Yoku" walking in the forest promotes health and increases brain activity associated with empathy and emotions. The Arctic context helps with silent environment and large forests. The special weather conditions in Arctic bring people different and very particular experiences as the darkness in winter, midnight sun in summer, the ruska in autumn, and others special moments in the natural cycle. Silent Hikes can be done in different countries too, where hadn’t the climate change stroked already and needs an exposore? What can I do to prevent this to happen?
