Ville Pietiläinen

I am a senior lecturer of leadership psychology at the University of Lapland and an adjunct professor of social and healthcare management at the University of Vaasa, Finland. I´m interested in work life and organizations as complex systems. Especially, I try to comprehend how sophisticated technology (e.g., the AI) and humans co-constitute and renew working life, its essence, and meaningfulness. I’m looking for collaborator for scientific writing and academic and RDI projects from the various disciplines. I’m convinced we need multidimensional views to solve the societal challenges we confront these days.
