Abstract

This paper is placing the human-centered service journeys and new governance at the forefront, with focus on contributing to creation of a more plural, human-centered and inclusive society. The proposal will address questions of equity and wellbeing in the margins of society in the global north and south. The paper is presenting three different case studies where governance and participation in the building of democratic society are discussed. The paper presents two case studies where arts-based methods and service design are used to create white paper, policy recommendations and impact on governance models.
