Abstract

This piece attempts at critically elaborating on the factor of ‘indigeneity’ in the context of internal politics as well as its obvious struggle to understand the very meaning of the phenomenon. The issue-associated practical point is argued to be looking like a matter of convenience for those who prefer engaging it into play or getting rid of it from the intra-politics whenever the phenomenon loses its leverage.
