Abstract
The report presents the international, European and national (Great Britain, Germany and France) regulatory status of unmanned aircraft. It also provides recommendations for the development of common European rules. The report especially examines regulations from the viewpoint of crisis management, and it also shortly discusses questions pertaining to privacy. The report is only inteded for use within the organs of the Union, having thus not released to the public.
