This preparative project is based on previous multiagency at-school projects (S12264, S20331) that developed, piloted and disseminated preventive and multiagency school cultures aiming to promote student well-being and agency at schools. Moreover, the previous projects produced information about the content and possibilities of interprofessional working practices. School well-being and preventing exclusion do not only pertain to Finland. Therefore, it is important to develop cross-European, transnational cooperation to answer these challenges, share good practices and promote mutual learning in order to identify new methods and cooperative models. This is especially important in developing school welfare work and renewing the social work and teacher education programmes. Accordingly, this project lays the foundations for cooperation and a forthcoming transnational, cross-European project.
