Description

The aim of this project is to prepare students for working life to understand the meaning of wellbeing at work and its development ways and to impact on students’ attitudes positively towards work and working life. The goal is to improve the quality of working life and to create a new wellbeing culture to workplaces. The higher is the number of persons who understand the meaning and ways to improve wellbeing at work, the better it will spread to the work community producing positive effects. The project will be implemented during 1st November 2015 and 31st October, 2018 managed by University of Turku and co-operated with Universities of Oulu, Jyväskylä, Vaasa, Lapland and Lappeenranta, with University of Applied Sciences of Oulu, Jyväskylä, Vaasa, Saimaa, and with the Oulu Vocational College. This project supports national and regional co-operation between universities and other institutes.
