Description
Master’s Degree Program of eSocial Work is a three-year educational program mainly founded by ESF. In addition to classroom teaching offered in the city of Oulu, distant and e-learning are widely used. The students of the program are studying social work combined to know-how of using, developing and researching ICTs from the viewpoints, objectives and ethics of social work.
The aim of the project is not only to educate masters of social sciences, but also to make visible what are the ICTs needed in social work and what is the social dimension of the use of the technology. Also multi-disciplinary and multisectorial networking are among the objectives.
