Description

The general aim of this project was to promote the status of Sami traditional ecological knowledge through educational spurs and co-operational networking, and to support innovative thinking of the Sami craftswomen. Additionally, the projects aims were to gather material about traditional knowledge of Sami craftswomen and to study the factors that promote or hinder the use and maintenance of traditional ecological knowledge. The project developed ideas based on TEK and modern production and information technology.
