Personal profile

Research interests

I serve as a senior lecturer in leadership psychology at the University of Lapland, Finland. My professional background derives from HRM and HRD functions in the private and public sectors. Primarily as a practitioner, I have specialized in work counseling (supervision) and process consultancy. I approach professional organisations as dynamic and complex systems in my research work. From this point of view, a fascinating part of the research role lies in understanding multi-layered relations as they emerge during interaction processes. The key research questions revolve around supportive leadership roles, co-creative space, and interaction dynamics. Methodologically, I mainly approach these issues from discursive psychology and postphenomenology perspectives, which offer versatile tools for complexity.
