Research interests
I am working on my Administrative studies PhD about diversity-related conflicts at the workplace. I am using Boalian drama as the method for approaching diversity-related conflicts in different organizations. Practicing drama, we reimagine these conflicts and try to find solutions towards more inclusive and care-oriented working life.
