Research interests

Research interests: contemporary European politics, the development of the European constitutional and internal market law, European procedural law, transformation of legal reasoning and doctrine of legal sources, development of (theories of) social sciences, minority rights. 

Current research: Brexit, the European public sector purchase program, the transformation of the European union policies and constitutional structure, European constitutional conflicts, international trade and environmental policy, methods of interpretation and reasoning in European union law, Sámi institutional rights, European legal history. 

Teaching interests

Teaching: European union law and its development (bachelor´s and master´s degree), European procedural law (master´s degree), philosophy of social sciences (doctoral courses).
