I am investigating how the use of legal design affects access to social rights and the public service process that implements them, and whether this changes the content of the  service principle of good governance. In other words, my research is twofold; I examine how citizens access their rights, but also how public authorities implement the service principle in the delivery of social rights.  My research focuses on the health care service. My research is in the field of welfare law and public law. The perspective is the effective access to social rights - access to justice approach. I am also interested in different technological solutions (AI, AR) in the production of public services and in the legal context, in the development of customer and user orientation (CX, UX).
