Research interests
I research whether legal design can develop the accessibility of social rights as well as improve public authorities service processes. I investigate the significance of the principles of good administration such as the duty to provide advice and service principle in the framework of the current Administrative Procedure Act and the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. My dissertation research is multidisciplinary.
In jurisprudence my research is positioned in the field of administrative law and welfare law. My research interests also include the role of artificial intelligence and robotics in the service production as well as using service design methods to improve customer and user experience. The particular focus of my research is on developing the accessibility of citizens' rights (access to justice).
