Research interests
My research is situated in the fields of legal theory and legal philosophy, focusing on international human rights law and EU law. My PhD dissertation concerned the rights of sexual minorities, but I have also worked extensively on the topics of Sámi cultural heritage and Indigenous research ethics. I currently work as a researcher and project coordinator in the project Sámi Democratic Engagement in the Energy Transition: Advancing Justice, Legitimacy and Participatory Governance (SápmiDem), where my research addresses topics of energy transition in Sápmi, Sámi democratic participation, and deliberative practices in this regard.
