Research interests
My research revolves around companies in a solvency crisis. The topics are insolvency, enforcement, bankruptcies, restructuring, asset recovery and debtor's crimes.
Other significant research topic for me is company law. Within company law, I mainly focus on creditor protection and management liability.
My recent activities have mostly been around enforcement procedure and foreclosures.
