Organisation profile
Education and Development Services is a unit of continuing education operating at the University of Lapland. We are a true partner in learning and development, drawing upon the expertise and innovations of our northern university. Our job is to boost our customers' professional expertise and general employability skills as well as to develop work communities and companies.
Our continuing professional education focuses on activity that responds to the development needs in working life. Our longer trainings, in particular, are built around extensive development projects. This connects our research-based education to the practical development of work communities. We conduct education and development projects that are funded through project financing but also deliver custom projects for organisations.
